Meet Indie South Artist - Sarah Flinn

Sarah Flinn is a Georgia based artists who’s work stems from her desire to infuse the whimsy of dream state with the natural surroundings of her life.  She uses a number of organic materials along with lights, paint, and ink to create her work.

She spent a semester studying abroad in Cortona, Italy in 2008, achieved her BFA from Georgia College and State University in 2009 and has since been a founding, residential, installation artist for the Goat Farm Arts Center in Atlanta, GA. Flinn has also partnered with the Goat Farm Arts Center to create Shoebox Productions and open the Shoebox Gallery, an old tractor-trailer which she renovated, converted and now actively curates for local artist showings.

Flinn’s most recent venture is Omnibus.  A 1985 Chevy school bus she has, once again, renovated and converted into a non-traditional gallery space.
